Our New Alliance

Now that we joined Australia we should be in good conition for the presentation. We have a few minor things to figure out and then we should be set. Anything you guys can think of we should add or work on?

Coming up on our deadline

The deadline is quickly approaching, meaning we have a lot of work to do. Meaning we now have to go into overdrive and get the rest of the work and research and done quickly and efficiently. I have to make sure this all comes together, plus doing some of the more obscure research... not to mention figuring out if this thing is going to tear it self apart when we start rotating.

Problems or Constraints

Wow... this is a lot of work

Luckily, however, we have decided on a design. instead of a colony, we are looking at a whole habitat. Probably a huge tube about 300 miles long, with a diameter of about 30 miles. It will have a standard earth gravity of 1g or near that as it rotates. it will involve probably several cities, with all the needs and want for modern life, plus all the entertainment one could ever want or need. i will work on finalizing the design, and figuring the neccesary materials.

should we colonize mars?

i think we should colonize mars so we can have more room to have more room to grown. then from there i think we could go to other planets. peace broskis :)

How should we design our patch?

We should design our patch by getting a basic design and add colors and our names. Then we should give pics of our colony's stuff. Also we should add our machines designed to transport people and keep them stable.

Should we be investing time and money into space?

Of Course

If we did not invest time and money into space, we could not have made some great advances in science. Also, what happens if a mega-disaster makes our planet inhospitable? Our population could all be concentrated on one planet, and the human race could become extinct, with only ancient ruins remaining
